This is an Ask A Tech sample from a customer request. The customer knew he had a P0112 on a 2002 Chevrolet Malibu with a 3.1 liter. This is what you would receive in the first or second stage of a help request. The Technical Service Bulletin Solved his problem. If this information did not solve his issue we would have moved to stage 2 in this case which includes more information and tests. He would also have full tech support via phone, fax, and email.
